Liseth Bitar Saad is a Colombian-born actress who won Best Actress  Award at the 2024 Sol International Film Festival and was nominated for Premios Platino as Best Supporting Actress in 2023 also held in Spain. She began a successful modeling career in Bogota when she was eighteen years old. Transitioning to acting, She moved to New York to study at the famed HB Studios founded by screen actress Uta Hagen.  Since then she built a career, featuring seven movies, various television series, short films, commercials and theater productions.

She has also resided in New York, Pennsylvania, Boston, Miami, Barcelona,  right now living  in Mexico City. 

Upon returning to Bogota, she continued her studies at various acting studios. Her first professional work experience was with Verasur Films, where she had a starring role as Agent Nelly Ruiz in Expediente La Noche, directed by Antonio Merlano.  She has appeared in El Arbol Rojo, directed by Joan Gomez, Fragmentos de Amor, directed by Fernando Vallejo,She also participate in the movie Still Waters Run Deep as Gabriela, directed by Andy Crittenden. In addition, she will be seen in a forthcoming episode of Narcos (Netflix), as the grieving widow of a soldier. In addition to her film work, Liseth has been prominently featured in numerous TV commercials, including Pepsi, Claro, Banco de Occidente, Honey Bunches, El Tiempo, Opticalia, Poker and many others. Liseth's musical talents supplement her acting abilities. Besides performing in New York with the musical group Plastic Caramelo, she has appeared in the musical video Royksoop-Runningto the Sea. When not acting professionally, she pursues a variety other interests including production photography, fashion and design. She attended the Fashion Institute in New York, and had her own lingerie company called Dulce Veneno. She also competed  in a fashion reality show sponsored by Discovery Home and Health in Mexico, where she took second place. Liseth is fluent in Spanish and English and loves to travel.
